About me
I am a second year PhD student at
Stanford's Graduate School of Business in
the Organizational Behavior (Micro) program,
where I also work with Nalini Ambady in the
Department of Psychology. I am
interested in how people's beliefs about
race and diversity impact their behaviors in
intergroup interactions. Related work
considers how these beliefs impact
perceptions of individuals and groups.
More broadly, I investigate how people think
about and respond to inequality, hierarchy,
and privilege. I previously earned my
BA in both Psychology and Human Biology at
Stanford, completing an Honors thesis with
Hazel Markus. Before graduate school,
I also worked as a lab manager for the Mind,
Culture, Society lab with Jennifer Eberhardt
and Hazel Markus.
I am
currently supported by a National Science
Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship and
a Graduate School of Business Fellowship.
